Prohibited Items
Prohibited Goods
The following items must not be stored in our facilities under any
circumstances:
- Motorcars, motorbikes or motorboats
- Foodstuffs or perishable goods, including pet and animal food.
- Living creatures, animals, birds, insects, or plants.
- Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods, including controlled substances.
- Flammable or combustible materials, including petrol, diesel, kerosene, gas, gas cylinders, fuels, oils, or similar substances. Petrol-powered equipment (such as lawnmowers and garden machinery) must be completely drained of fuel before storage.
- Firearms, weapons, explosives, ammunition, or related materials.
- Hazardous, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, environmentally harmful, or waste materials.
- Any item that emits fumes, strong smells, or odours.
- E-scooters, e-bikes, e-skateboards, hoverboards, or any similar micromobility devices containing built-in lithium batteries.
- Damp, wet, or contaminated items that may cause mould, mildew, fungus, infestation, or damage to property.
- Any item that presents a fire, health, safety, environmental, or security risk.
- Any item prohibited by law, regulation, insurance requirements, or the terms of the storage agreement.
If you are unsure whether an item may be stored, please contact us on 087 9194226. Any breach of this policy may result in the immediate termination of the storage agreement and removal of the prohibited goods at the customer’s expense.
